Workspaces

Workspaces

A workspace is a wall around a set of work. Its channels, media, posts, layouts and bio link belong to it and are invisible from the others.

Switch from the sidebar on the left. Everything on screen changes with it, and no state leaks between two workspaces. A connected channel belongs to the workspace it was connected in and is listed nowhere else.

Past eight

The sidebar shows the first eight squares and folds the rest behind a +N square. Click it for a search box over every workspace you belong to, including any management companies you are on the team of; type a few letters of the name and pick.

Your default workspace

In two or more workspaces with nothing chosen yet, sign-in shows one screen first: each workspace as a card, with its kind, its mark and when you last opened it. Make this my default is on by default, so a card you pick opens now and every time you sign in after, on any machine, until you change it. Turn the switch off first to look at a workspace once without replacing your standing default. With one workspace this screen never appears; there is nothing to choose between.

Change it later from Settings → Account → Default workspace, or just switch workspace anywhere (the sidebar, Home, Across workspaces) and that becomes the new default. It is one fact, however it got set.

White label

On Teams and Studio, a workspace can wear your brand instead of MORR’s. Open Settings → Workspace (the gear at the foot of the sidebar goes straight there) and turn on White label: the workspace picture becomes the logo at the top of the page for everyone in it, and its bio pages lose the BioLink pill. Give it a brand name when the workspace is called something else.

WhereWhat changes
The web appYour logo and name where the MORR mark was, for every member of the workspace
Bio pages in the workspaceNo pill. The per-page switch on a BioLink plan still works as before

With two or more workspaces, the square at the very top of the sidebar opens Across workspaces: every workspace side by side, so a client’s failed post is not something you only find by switching to them.
