| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| 1st hold | First call on the date. Nobody else has it before you |
| 2nd hold | Next in line if the first hold is released |
| Confirmed | Booked. On everybody's calendar who said yes |
| Wrapped | It happened |
| Released | The hold was let go. The date is free again |
| Called off | Everybody was told, with the reason |
