Plans and credits
Every plan comes with AI credits and research each month. When either runs out, bought credits keep you going: one wallet for both, bought once, never expires, and only used after the month's allowance is gone.
| One credit is | |
|---|---|
| A message to Ask | Whatever it does in that turn, except what is listed below |
| A batch piece | Each piece in a batch, paid as it is written |
| Ten ideas from Ask or Patterns | Written ten to a round |
| A post broken down | The breakdown the benchmark counts |
| A caption, a rewritten line, a generative fill | One each |
| 10 research results, once the month's research is gone | A creator is 20 credits, a niche or ads search 6. See Studying a creator |
The packs
| Pack | Web | iPhone | Good for |
|---|---|---|---|
| 100 credits | $15 | $14.99 | A big batch, or a busy week of Ask |
| 500 credits | $65 | $64.99 | A month of batches |
| 2,000 credits | $240 | $239.99 | A team, or every client at once |
Any amount, on the web
Beside the packs on the web, Custom takes any number of credits from 50 to 100,000. Type it, or step it with + and - (the arrow keys work too), and the price updates as you go at the same rate the packs are sold at. Enter or Buy goes to Stripe.
| How many | Each | For example |
|---|---|---|
| 50 to 499 | 15¢ | 250 credits for $37.50 |
| 500 to 1,999 | 13¢ | 1,200 credits for $156 |
| 2,000 and up | 12¢ | 5,000 credits for $600 |
When a round number just above yours costs no more (450 credits is $67.50 and 500 is $65), the line under the price says so, with a button to take it. The price is worked out again by MORR at checkout from the number of credits alone, so what Stripe charges is always the rate in this table.
- 1Where to buySettings → Organization → Plan and usage → Buy more, or right where the credits ran out: in Batch, Ask and Research the packs appear in place of the error.
- 2One tapOn the web it is Stripe; on the iPhone it is the App Store. Either way you come back to the screen you left.
- 3It carries onA batch that was waiting picks up where it stopped. A message to Ask that did not go through is sent again for you.
When credits run low
MORR gives you a heads-up before you run out, the way your phone does at 20% battery. On the web it is a small card in the bottom-right corner with a meter; on the iPhone, a banner from the top with a light tap. It never takes over the screen, and it waits for a calm moment: not while you are typing, and not while the camera, a recording or an editor is open.
| What is left | It says | On Pro (100 a month) |
|---|---|---|
| About 20% of the month's credits | Credits running low | At 20 credits: "Heads up: 20 credits left this month." |
| About 5% | Almost out of credits | At 5 credits |
| None | You're out of credits | With the packs one tap away |
Each one shows once a month, right after the thing that crossed the line (an Ask answer, a research pull, a batch, an image) or when you open MORR already below it. Research gets the same two notes for the month's results, and says what happens next: pulls use credits, one for every 10 results. When all you have left is credits you bought, the line is measured against the 100 pack, so 20 and 5. Top up and let it run down again, and you hear about it again.
| On the heads-up | What it does |
|---|---|
| Top up | Opens the credit packs right where you are, and brings you back to the same screen after paying |
| Not now, or the × | Closes it. Esc closes it on the web; on the iPhone, swipe it up |
| Nothing | It goes by itself after about 10 seconds on the web (not while the pointer is on it) and 8 on the iPhone |
When packs are not on sale on the device you are using, there is no Top up; the heads-up says when your monthly allowance resets instead, such as Resets Oct 1.
Which credits are spent first
The month's, always. Bought credits are only touched once this month's AI or this month's research is gone, so credits bought in a busy week are still there for the next one. The numbers are side by side under Plan and usage: AI this month, research this month, both with the day they come back, and the credits you bought, which cover both.
