Calendar and publishing
One post, every platform
Open a scheduled or published post and press Repurpose. Tick the other platforms it should go to: each gets its own card, already fitted, side by side, and one Save makes them all.

- 1Open the postOn the web, click it on the calendar; Repurpose is in the composer's footer. On the phone, the ⋯ on its calendar row, or the stacked-squares button at the top of the post.
- 2Tick where else it goesEvery channel you have connected, and every platform you have not, which you post by hand at its time (see Posting it yourself).
- 3Choose whenSame time, or Spread over the day: two hours apart, closer when that would run past 10 pm, never closer than fifteen minutes.
- 4Read the cardsEach is the post as that platform will draw it. Change any caption or title; what MORR changed on the way is written under the card.
- 5SaveOne press. If a platform refuses (a plan limit, say), the rest still save and the sheet says which one did not, and why.
What changes for each platform
| What happens | Why | |
|---|---|---|
| Caption | Fitted to the platform's limit: 280 on X, 300 on Bluesky, 500 on Threads, 800 on Pinterest, 2,200 elsewhere. Hashtags come off before words; words are cut on a whole word, marked with … | A caption over the limit is refused or silently cut by the platform. |
| Hashtags | The block at the end is thinned to what reads well there: five on Instagram and TikTok, three on Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Bluesky, two on X and Pinterest, one on Threads. Tags inside a sentence stay and count toward it. | Thirty tags on LinkedIn reads as spam; one on Threads is all it shows. |
| Type | Kept where the platform takes it. A story or reel to a platform without them goes as a post; a carousel to Pinterest or YouTube takes its first page; X takes the first four. | A type a platform has no place for is refused. |
| Title | YouTube and Pinterest get one from the caption's first line, hashtags taken out. Edit it on the card. | YouTube needs a title; a pin reads by its title. |
| Media | The same files. Nothing is uploaded again. |
One family on the calendar
Posts made this way are one family. Every one of them on the calendar, the first included, carries a small stack and the family's count (One of 3 on the phone), so the TikTok on Tuesday and the Instagram on Monday read as the same idea. Posts sent to several channels at once from the composer are a family too.
Edit all captions
Open Repurpose on any post in a family and the posts already made sit in the same row, their captions open. Change as many as you like; Save changes them together. A post that has already gone out shows its words but cannot be changed: they are the platform's now.
