Working with clients

Take requests from a client

On the web

Turn Requests on for a share link and it opens a second page: a priced list of what you offer, and a form. A client picks what they need, adds a note, and sends it; each thing they picked becomes a card on your board, in your workspace's first not-started column, with the price on it.

Setting the catalog

Under Settings, list what you take requests for: a name, a description, a price, and how many days it takes. Turn one off and it drops out of the list without deleting what was already asked for under it.

  1. 1Turn Requests on for a linkIn the share dialog, alongside Comments and Approvals. Most links are a review, not a storefront, so it starts off.
  2. 2Send the intake addressIt is the review link's own address with /request on the end, a separate page: a client reviewing a cut never sees a price list by accident.
  3. 3A request becomes cardsOne per thing they picked, titled with what it is and priced. A note on the request is copied to each card's brief, along with who asked and, if they gave one, their email.
