One Channels component, in three places: a Channel section on every card, a Channel button on a campaign's board, and its own screen, Channels, in the pipeline. Opening any of them lands on the same conversation, made the moment the first person opens it.

Four kinds
| Kind | Who is in it |
|---|---|
| Workspace | One General, every member. |
| Campaign | One per campaign, on its board and from a card in it. |
| Card | One per card, in its Channel section. |
| Direct message | Exactly two members. Starting one from either side lands on the same thread. |
Type @ and a name to mention someone. Every message here is internal: there is no guest read path on it at all, so a client on a share link never sees a channel, whatever it says.
