Ideas and scripts
Your brand
Brand, under Settings → Workspace on the web and on the phone, is what every caption, script and answer written for you is given. It belongs to the workspace, so switching workspace switches brand, and only the workspace's owner and admins change it; a member reads it. The Research links to it wherever something is written in your voice.

The six
| Field | What it changes |
|---|---|
| You are | Who is speaking. “Skincare esthetician” reads nothing like “SaaS founder”. |
| Talking to | Who is on the other side. This moves the writing more than anything else here. |
| They can buy | The real offer. Without it, every call to action is invented. |
| Energy | Calm to hyped. |
| Finish | Unfiltered to produced. |
| Words you really use | Vocabulary to reach for, quoted back. |
| Never say | Words that must not appear, in any form. |
The sliders start unset
A slider that has never been touched sends nothing, which is not the same as sending “medium”. Press Set it to place it, and Clear to put it back to unsaid. The number is never sent. The model is given the band you landed on, as an instruction: “Energetic” goes as “Push it along. Short sentences, forward motion.”
Brand and voice are different things
Under the card sits your learned voice: a few hundred words written by reading your own scripts, captions and notes. It is richer and it is harder to keep true, because correcting one detail means rewriting a paragraph. The card is the half you maintain, and when the two disagree the card is what the model is told to follow.
Only editors can change either. A viewer sees both and can change neither, because it decides how everybody in the workspace sounds.
