Workspaces
Settings
Settings is three tabs. Account is yours in every workspace, Workspace is how the workspace you have open is set up, and Organization is who is in it and what pays for it. Which tabs you see depends on your role in that workspace.

| Tab | Holds | Viewer | Member | Owner, admin |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Account | Your name and picture, your default workspace, daily hooks, notifications, safety, the switch for AI, your own integrations and API keys, brand work (Show Jobs, Open to brand work) and payouts, appearance, leaving a workspace, signing out, deleting your account | Edit | Edit | Edit |
| Workspace | The name, color, picture and white label; channels; the brand and company details; the store on a brand workspace; statuses; deleting it | Hidden | Read only | Edit |
| Organization | The plan and what it has used this month, including AI credits and research; the members, their roles and the invites still waiting | Hidden | Hidden | Edit |
Account
What is yours goes with you. A name changed here is the name on your comments, tasks and approvals in every workspace and on the phone, because it is written to every place either app reads it from. Integrations you connect for yourself live here too, and are nobody else's. Notifications lists what reaches you; today that is the phone's post reminder, whose switch is in the phone's Settings because the phone is what asks permission to send it.
| In Brand work | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Show Jobs | Paid brand work: open programs, applications and payouts. Off until you turn it on; on, Jobs joins the sidebar. See Jobs |
| Open to brand work | Lets brands on MORR find you and read your numbers. Separate on purpose: looking at programs never makes you findable |
| Where you are and What you want to hear about | Two filters a brand's Find can run on, in your words (*Portland, OR*; *coffee, kitchen*). Optional; blank only means a brand filtering on them does not see you in that filter. A brand that can find you sees both on your row and on your application, and nobody else does. Web only for now; the phone has the Open to brand work switch but not these two fields |

The gear at the foot of the sidebar opens this tab. A member sees the same page with its controls set down, a Read only pill on each section and one line at the top saying who holds them, so they can still read what the brand says. Channels are the exception: each person connects their own. Statuses opens the pipeline board with its status list beside it.
A viewer has no Workspace tab, so for them the gear opens Account. Somebody who follows an old link to a tab their role does not include sees who can open it, what their own role is, and a way back to Account. If their role could not be read at all, Check again asks once more.

The plan is shown here and changed where it was bought: Manage billing opens Stripe for a plan bought on the web, and a plan bought on the phone is managed in the App Store. See People and roles for inviting and roles.
On the phone
The phone's Settings has the same three layers under the same rules, one after another on one screen, with the workspace switch at the top beside your profile. Account comes first and ends on Sign out and Delete account; the workspace's layers follow. Renaming works there for owners and admins; statuses, deleting a workspace, invites and roles open on the web. AI in Account is the switch for third-party AI, the same one as AI in Settings on the web: off, nothing is sent to OpenAI and every other feature works; turning it on shows what is sent first. See Ask. It opens from More in the tabs, on any tab, or from your picture on Home.
