Google Calendar
On the web
Link one Google calendar and everything scheduled in MORR appears there, with a link back. It is one way: MORR keeps Google in step, and nothing you change in Google comes back.

Linking it
- 1Open Settings → IntegrationsIt is yours, not the workspace's: it follows you into every workspace, and nobody you share one with sees it.
- 2Link Google CalendarGoogle opens in a new tab. Leave both boxes ticked. One lets MORR see your calendars, the other lets it add events.
- 3Pick one calendarOnly calendars you own or can edit are offered, because a read-only one would refuse every event. Everything scheduled from the last 30 days on goes over at once.
What shows up
| In MORR | On Google | Changes with it |
|---|---|---|
| A scheduled post | A half-hour event at its time, titled as the post, with Open in MORR | Moved, retitled, or taken off when the post is moved, edited, deleted or put back to draft |
| A task with a due date | TODO: task | card at the due time | Moved when the date moves; taken off when it is done, deleted or its date cleared |
| A draft | Nothing | Appears the moment it is scheduled |
A post is titled with the name of the card carrying it when there is one, otherwise the first line of its caption. Events are marked free, so they never block your availability for meetings. Posts in every workspace you are in are included, so an agency running several clients sees them all in one place.
Switching and stopping
| Button | What it does |
|---|---|
| Update calendar | Pick another calendar. Events already mirrored move over to it. |
| Disconnect | MORR takes back the events it added and stops. Nothing in MORR changes. |
| Reconnect | Shown when Google stops letting MORR in, after a revoked permission or a changed password. Sign in again and it picks up on the same calendar. |
