Bio link
Leads
Anything sent through a Contact form or an Email signup block lands in Leads, on the same screen as the block that collected it. On the phone it is the tray above your page: the same people, what they said, where each one is, and a Write back button that opens your mail.
Every other link-in-bio hands its forms to a third-party builder, which means the person who wanted to hire you is sitting in a tool nobody opens until Friday. Nobody needs an account to write to you, and there is no form service in the middle.
| On a lead | Means |
|---|---|
| A dark border | You have not opened it yet |
| Wrote to you | Came through a contact form, with a message |
| Signed up | Came through an email signup: an address and nothing else |
| Registered | Saved a seat through an event block: a name and an address |
| Pre-saved | Asked to hear when a release drops: an address. Export hands a label the list |
| Archive | Files it away. Nothing is destroyed |
Send leads to Zapier or Make, under the list on the web, sends each new lead, subscriber and sale on within a minute: to a Google Sheet, your CRM, Slack or a text to your phone. Paste the webhook address from Zapier or Make, pick what to send, and a sample goes out at once so the other side has fields to map. The steps are in Zapier and Make.
