Pipeline
Team features
On the web
MORR keeps a creator who works alone on the short path: ideas, the calendar, posts. The production pipeline, client sign-off by link, roles, brainstorms, series and the view across workspaces are for teams, and appear only in a workspace that is one.
| A workspace has them when | Why |
|---|---|
| A second person joins it | Two people making content need a shared board and a way to hand work over. |
| It is a Team or Client workspace | Those are the kinds an agency makes, one per client. |
| Its owner turns them on | For somebody who wants the pipeline before anyone else has joined. |
Turn them on
- 1Open Settings, then WorkspaceOnly the workspace's owner can change it.
- 2Switch on Team featuresPipeline appears in the sidebar straight away, with Brainstorms and Notes inside it. Edit statuses and approvals appears under the switch.
Turning them off hides them again and deletes nothing: every card, brainstorm and note is still there when they come back. A workspace that is a team by its kind or its members keeps them, and the switch says why.
| Feature | Where it is |
