Working with clients
Ask a client to connect
On the web
Send a client a link and they connect their own Instagram, TikTok and the rest to your workspace, on each platform's own sign-in page. No password changes hands, and they never make an account.

Where it got to
| It says | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Sent | The link exists and has not been opened |
| Opened | The client has opened the page |
| Connecting… | They pressed Connect and are signing in on the platform |
| @handle | Connected. The channel is in your list, ready to post to |
Where the channel lands
In the workspace you asked from, and only there: the same rule as a channel you connect yourself (see Connect your channels). It is connected under the login of whoever sent the ask, so it appears in that person's Channels list and posts to it go out like any other.
Turning it off
Turn off stops the link at once. Anything already connected stays connected; disconnect a channel from the list above if you mean to. A link that ran out can be reopened for another 14 days. The client can take access back from the platform's own settings at any time, and the channel then reads Session expired until they connect it again.
