| What you are seeing | What it usually is |

| A grid that will not save | The board did not load. Reload the page. MORR refuses to write over a board it never read |
| Posts failing all at once | Open one of them: the status label says what the platform answered. A run of failures on one channel is nearly always that channel's permission, so reconnect it under Settings → Workspace → Channels |
| A tile stuck on Syncing… (Uploading… on the phone) | Open the phone that holds the file. On the phone, pull to refresh: an upload the phone lost is queued again, one that already landed stops saying so, and one that gave up gets a Retry |
| A channel that will not post | Reconnect it. The platform's permission may have expired |
| Something on the phone the web app cannot see | Pull to refresh on the phone; the two sync live, but a device that was offline catches up when it reconnects |
