Brands and jobs

Your press kit

Press kit builds the one-sheet a talent manager would send for you: a cover portrait, a short bio, your numbers per platform, who watches, your best posts, the brands you've worked with, your rates, what people said, and one button to reach you. It is your Analytics, packaged for brands: MORR drafts it from what it already knows, keeps the numbers current every night, and lets you change any of it.

Where to find it

Press kit has no row in the sidebar and no switch. It is opened where the question “what do I send a brand?” comes up, and each place says whether you have a kit yet, so its button is Make one, Open press kit or Copy link.

Making it

  1. 1Open Press kitThe first time, MORR shows you a draft before saving anything: your name and niches, every connected channel's figures, the posts that beat your typical one, the brands you've been accepted by, and a plain bio from those facts.
  2. 2Keep the draftKeep this draft and edit it saves it as yours. Nothing is published yet.
  3. 3Fill in what only you knowThe checklist at the top names what's missing: usually the cover portrait, the bio, and where brands reach you.
  4. 4Pick a layout and an accentEditorial, Minimal or Bold, and one color from the palette. Match my BioLink picks the palette color closest to your bio page's.
  5. 5Publish, or send a private linkIn the Share card: pick the address (/kit/yourname), switch on Published at this address, and copy the link. Or make a private link for one brand.

Add a section adds Press, Awards, Speaking, a list you name yourself, or more photos. Every section can be switched off, which keeps what's in it, and moved up or down; the cover stays first. A section with nothing in it hides itself on the published kit, so you never send an empty heading.

Changing a number MORR read

Every figure MORR fills in is a suggestion. Type over it and the kit shows yours; under the field it says Edited, what MORR last read and when, and Reset to MORR's puts the live number back. On the published kit an edited figure looks exactly like the others, and its date is the day you set it. A platform you add by hand, with no channel behind it, is marked Self-reported.

What a brand opens. It prints to PDF with the cover as page one.
LayoutWhat it's for
EditorialA magazine spread: warm paper, the portrait as a tall plate beside a big serif name, headings in a side column
MinimalA gallery catalog: white, quiet, everything in one narrow column. For work that should speak without decoration
BoldA campaign poster: black, the portrait full-bleed with your name set huge over it, the numbers on a band of your accent

Type, spacing and the grid come with the layout, so any words and pictures land looking designed. What you choose is the accent, from ten colors that all stay readable on every layout, and where each photo's subject is: click the picture to set its focus point, and every crop keeps it in frame.
