Bio link

Your bio link page

A public page at your own address, built out of blocks. The page sits in the middle, framed as the phone it will be read on, and one panel beside it changes it.

The screen

WhereWhat it is for
Top barThe page's name and whether visitors can see it (Live, Offline, or Not live yet). Click the name for your other pages, New page, and Take page offline. On the right, the one thing to do next: Go live, or Publish changes once it is live, and the page's address with Copy beside it
The pageExactly what a visitor gets, redrawn as you type. Phone and Desktop above it switch the size. Point at any block to move it, copy it, or add another beside it
The panelFour tabs, in the order a page gets made: Profile, Links and blocks, Design, Insights

Four steps to a live page

Until a page is live, the panel opens on a short guide. Each step ticks itself as the page gets made, and clicking one takes you to the field it is about. It goes away the moment the page is live. The preview shows a gray circle where your photo goes and two outlines where your links go, so you can see what you are building before there is anything in it.

  1. 1Add your photo and nameUnder Profile. Click Add photo, or drop a picture onto it.
  2. 2Claim your addressThe part after the slash, also under Profile. It has to be free, and the field says so as you type.
  3. 3Add your first linkUnder Links and blocks. Paste any address into the box and it becomes a button. See Blocks.
  4. 4Go livePuts the page at your address. You can keep changing it after; Publish changes sends each round of edits.

The four tabs

TabWhat is in it
ProfileYour photo, name, bio and address, plus a handle, a verified mark and a follower count if you want them: the top of the page. A cover photo or a short looping video replaces the small photo with a big one
Links and blocksEverything on the page, top to bottom, and the one place to add more: paste a link and press Add link, or press one of the block buttons under it (Social, Email signup, Contact form, Product, Video). All blocks has every kind with a picture of each, and ⌘/ opens it from anywhere. Each row in the list says what kind of block it is. On a Grid page, your posts come first. Already have a Linktree? Import from Linktree, under the add bar, reads its address and shows what would come over before anything changes here
DesignLinks or Grid first (see Your posts as the page), then the theme and everything in The look
InsightsYour address and its QR code, views and taps, leads, sales, and your pages side by side. Until the page is live it holds one line and a Go live button. See Stats

The look

Everything here is a page-wide choice, and the preview beside you is the page rather than an impression of it. Text alignment and the link icon are the two exceptions. Those can be set per block, so one link can be centered without the other seven moving.

SettingWhat it does
ThemeEight of them, plus your own background color. A theme sets the buttons and the text as well as the background, so a page never ends up half yours
Background patternA texture behind everything: dots, lines, a grid, waves. The tiles show each pattern up close so you can tell them apart; the page prints it quietly, as a surface rather than a design, and the preview shows the real weight
Button styleSolid, outlined, or glass
Corners0 to 40. Square through to a full pill
Social rowOn a card puts your social marks on filled discs on a card. Just logos draws the marks alone, in your page's own text color, with nothing behind them
Link iconsAn icon on link buttons, on or off. Any single link can override it

The address

Your page lives at biolink.you/ and whatever you chose. That is the whole address. Pasted into a message or a post, it opens as a card of the page itself: your picture, your name, your bio and the first few links, in your theme’s colors. There is nothing after it, no query string, and it does not change when you edit the page. Copy puts it on the clipboard and the QR code points at the same place, so a card printed today still works next year.

What a visitor gets

No sign-inAnyone with the link sees the page. There is no account, no cookie banner, and nothing to dismiss
No JavaScriptThe page is plain HTML, so it opens instantly inside Instagram's and TikTok's own browsers, where heavier pages stall
Nothing about themViews and taps are counted as totals per day. No profile, no cross-site tracking, nothing that identifies who looked

More than one page

A page is one address. Running two things (a shop and a newsletter, or a client and yourself) means two pages, and the page menu lists every one. It is the page's own name in the top bar, on the web and on the phone alike. Pick one to open it, or New page to start another. A green dot beside a name means it is live.
