Managing talent
The management company workspace
On the web
A management company workspace is a different kind of workspace. It reads its clients' numbers and runs their deals, bookings and money, and the one thing it can write across every one of them at once is a post to the whole roster, from its own screen. Its sidebar has nine screens, its settings are the workspace's own, and a client's own content is one door away, on their card.

| Screen | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Dashboard | What came in, what is due, who is where this week, every release across the roster, and the money as of today. Every number opens the screen that owns it |
| Talents | Every creator you manage as a card: reach, growth, what they earned, what is next, and how far along they are in joining MORR |
| BioLink | The roster's link-in-bio numbers, one screen: a leaderboard by views, traffic, top links, sources and money by kind, with a period picker and a drill-in per creator. See BioLink analytics |
| Audience | Every fan who ever left an email, a phone or a question on a shared page: filter by talent, export, and email or text them at once. See The audience |
| Post to Roster | One caption and one piece of media, sent to as many creators' channels as you choose in one motion. See Post to the whole roster |
| Deals | The board. Every deal in its stage, dragged from column to column; Lost asks why |
| Bookings | Shoot days, appearances, press calls and travel, four weeks at a time, with holds, confirmations and everybody's answer |
| Clients | The book: brands, agencies and the people at them, with every call and email logged and the follow-ups it sets |
| Brand work | A claimed creator's Jobs applications, the posts they owe, the brands who wrote in, and what they are owed, read the way they read it. See Brand work |
| Files | Every contract, brief, tax form and document the company keeps, filed by creator, with the company's own at the end. See Files |
| Finance | Invoices out, money in, what is overdue and by how long, and what each creator is owed of it |
| Settings | The gear at the foot of the sidebar, like every workspace. Under Workspace: the company's name, mark and color, the legal line on paper, commission and invoicing, and who on the team can see what |
Getting one
New workspace in the sidebar offers Management company to MORR staff for now. Creating one asks for the company's name and starts it with a 20% default commission, USD and invoices numbered INV-1001 up. Change any of it in Settings.
Ask, in a management company
Ask MORR at the foot of the sidebar reads the company's own records and nothing else: what is waiting today, the roster and its numbers, the deals and what is owed on them, the bookings, the invoices, your clients, and who on the roster fits a brief. Say “what needs doing today” or “which invoices are past due” and it answers from those rows, with the counts on a card. It never searches a platform or the web from here and never spends a credit; a creator's research lives in their own workspace, one door away on their card. It reads and does not write: moving a deal, recording a payment or logging a call happens on the screen, where the role check lives. Finance questions come back empty for a role that cannot read money, and it says so.
