Pipeline
Series
On the web
A series is a format you post again and again, with a cadence: “One shot, one lesson, twice a week”. The strip above the board says which series are due this week and which are running out of ideas, and puts the next one on the board in one click.

What the strip says
| It says | Which means | And offers |
|---|---|---|
| Due: 0 of 2 this week | Fewer cards are planned this week than the cadence asks for. | Pull the next idea when a brainstorm has kept ideas for it; Brainstorm for it when none are left. |
| 2 of 2 this week, short on ideas | This week is covered, but the cards waiting and the ideas kept will not fill next week. | Brainstorm for it |
| 2 of 2 this week | On track. | Nothing to do |
A card counts for the week its post goes out, or before it has a post, the week it is due. Failed and draft posts and turned-down cards do not count. Weeks start on Monday in your own time zone. Click a series' name to show only its cards.
Pull the next idea takes the most-voted kept idea from any brainstorm for that series and puts it in the first column. Brainstorm for it starts a session for the series with its box ready.

|---|---|
| Change the name, cadence or pillar | The pencil on its row in the Series panel. |
| Retire it | Archive it. Its cards keep it; it leaves the strip and the pickers. |
| Delete it | Its cards stay on the board, in no series. |
