Managing talent

The audience

On the web

Audience is every lead the roster's pages have ever collected: a tap on the one-tap email signup block, a filled-in contact form, an event registration, or a pre-save, read across every creator sharing BioLink insights, or filtered to one. It is where a manager goes to reach the roster's fans directly, rather than one creator's inbox at a time.

Contacts and analytics: the whole audience, filtered and ready to export.
TabWhat is on it
Contacts and analyticsThe tiles, the filters and the table. Checkboxes select rows for Add tag, Unsubscribe or Export selected; New campaign in the header starts a draft from whatever the filters show right now
Create campaignWho it reaches (talent and platform), the message, and a live count of exactly who it will hit before you send. Owner, agent and assistant seats only
Campaign historyEvery campaign sent or drafted and its status; opened, who it reached and how each one landed
  1. 1FilterChips for All, Emails, Phone numbers and Has notes. On the right, Source narrows to where the lead came from (a contact form, an email signup, an event register or a pre-save) and Talent narrows to one creator. The search box reaches name, email and phone.
  2. 2Open a contactClick a row for their drawer: their message, a phone you can type in by hand, notes, tags, and Unsubscribe. Nothing here is captured automatically except the email itself; a phone comes from a call or a text, typed in.
  3. 3Export or campaignExport CSV takes whatever the filters currently show (or only the checked rows). New campaign starts a draft with those same filters as its audience, ready to write in Create campaign.
