Brands and jobs
The brand workspace
On the web
/brands is where a brand finds people. Every creator MORR has read is in one index with their typical views, their best post and how often they beat their own average. Search it, watch a phrase, put people on a shortlist, and write to the ones who are open to it.
Five rows
| Part | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Overview | The first screen. Needs you lists what is waiting (applicants to answer, posts to approve, parcels ready to ship or not moving, money owed to creators, replies), each one a door to where it is done. Beside it, the week: sales, clicks, views, and what you have spent against what you set aside, with the creators behind the sales. Under that, every program as a row with its numbers, and the newest posts as pictures. |
| Find | The index. A phrase, a handle or a name, on one platform or all of them, sorted by typical views, best post, hit rate or followers. The rows move as you type; Enter asks at once. Where and Wants to hear about, under the search, narrow the rows to creators who said they are in a place or asked to hear from a kind of brand; both are the creator's own words from their settings, matched loosely, so *Portland* finds *Portland, OR*. Under the rows, Live on the platforms shows who TikTok, Instagram and YouTube find for the same words, with their pictures. |
| Watch | A phrase MORR keeps searching for you every night: your brand, a competitor, a category. New people who post about it land here on their own. |
| Shortlist | People you are considering, in named lists: the ones worth a program, kept together so you can write to them or seat them in one go. |
| Programs | The funded briefs, each a row with applicants, creators on it, posts still due, clicks, sales and spend against budget. List or Board (setting up, taking applications, making posts, ended). Its Content tab is everything approved, as one library. See Programs. |
| Products | Your catalog. Connect your Shopify store once and every product arrives with its pictures, options, prices and stock, and stays current; or add products by hand. Its Shipping tab is every parcel on its way to a creator. See Products and your Shopify store. |
| Messages | Every conversation with every creator: the ones you started from Find, and every applicant's thread. Waiting on you first. |

Sending a product
- 1Have the productUnder Products: connected from your Shopify store, or added by hand with a name, a picture, the page and a price.
- 2Send itFrom the product: Send a sample lists everybody accepted who has nothing on its way, one Send each. From the program: the Products strip on its Posts tab offers Send it to all of them at once, and each post has Send a product with the program's own product already chosen. Each one writes the request into that creator's thread.
- 3The address landsThe creator types it on their Jobs page. It is on the parcel and nowhere else; Products, Shipping shows it under Ready to ship while the parcel is yours to send.
- 4Ship itCourier and tracking number on the row, Mark shipped. The creator sees the tracking as a link and presses It arrived when it does. A parcel with no address after three days, or shipped and not arrived after ten, shows on the Overview as not moving.

The library
Programs, Content is everything approved, across every program, as one library: the picture, who made it, the live link, the latest views, and the spark code or partnership permission if the creator granted one. Filter it to one program, copy a spark code from the card, or Export CSV for the ads team.

What the numbers are
| Column | What it means |
|---|---|
| Typical | The median views of their last thirty posts. Half their posts do better than this and half do worse, so one lucky video cannot move it. |
| Best | Their biggest post in that window, as a multiple of their typical. A 12× is a creator whose format can break out. |
| Hit rate | How many of those posts beat twice their typical. The rate a post of theirs becomes an outlier. |
| A week | How often they post. A program that needs three posts in ten days wants somebody who already posts that often. |
| Open | They turned on brand work in their settings. Only they can be written to; everyone else is on the index for reading. |

What a plan gives
| Brand | Agency | |
|---|---|---|
| Watches | 5 | 20 |
| Messages to creators, per day | 25 | 100 |
| Research posts a month | 20,000 | 60,000 |
| Programs | As many as you fund | As many as you fund |
Pro, Teams and Studio have one, three and five watches too, for a creator keeping an eye on their own category. Writing to creators is a brand's tool and is not on the creator plans.
