Collections
Saved is one collection with no name. Collections are as many as you want, each with a name and a line about what it is for. Every post card has Add to: tick the collections it belongs in, or type a new name at the top and it is made with that post on it. A collection is a row in the Research sidebar under Collections, and opens as a page of cards.

From a collection to a plan
Open on a board puts every post in the collection onto a canvas, laid out in a grid and named after the collection. Each card keeps the post behind it, so wiring them into an Ask card reads the words and the transcripts, not the line printed on the front, which is the difference between asking a real question and asking about a screenshot.
From there the chain runs on: arrange the board, Make a layout takes it into Studio as a grid, and you schedule from that. Research to collection to board to layout to calendar, without retyping anything.
| Action | Where |
|---|---|
| Make one | New collection at the end of the sidebar’s Collections list, or the box at the top of any post’s Add to menu |
| Put a post on it | Add to on the post card, on the web or in the post’s pane |
| Rename it, or say what it is for | Click the name or the line at the top of the collection and type |
| Take a post off | Remove from this collection under the card. The post stays in the research it came from |
| Delete it | Delete at the top of the collection. Only the collection goes |
A post can sit in any number of collections. Collections belong to the workspace, so a teammate sees the collection you made and can add to it.
