Your project library

Anything you shoot in the app, upload from the web, or export from an editor lands here, and is reachable from every place that needs a file.

You can upload from inside the picker itself, from your computer, from Canva or from Google Drive. Nothing makes you go to the library first, come back, and find the file again. Sort what is here into folders: one per shoot, client or campaign.

On the web, files you drop onto the page or pick with Upload go up one at a time, each with its own bar above the grid, and each lands at the top of the library the moment it is done. The bars keep going if you leave the page. One that fails stays with the reason, and Try again sends the same file without asking for it twice. Coming back to the library paints it where you left it, and the grid only draws the tiles on screen, so a library of hundreds scrolls like one of ten.

On the phone the library is local first: what is on the phone opens at once, the editor included, and the cloud copy goes up behind it. Videos stay on the phone unless you turn on video backup, and the web app still sees the frame and where the file is. An item with no file on any device is not drawn as a tile; one line above the grid counts them, and Review opens the list, where each one has Re-link (pick the file again from Photos, and it keeps its name, date and folder) or Remove, with Remove all underneath. Projects and the library list newest first; Newest in the row under the title flips to oldest first and is remembered. Whatever you added this session sits at the top either way, with a thin ring until you leave. The same row searches the whole library by name, mood or kind, sets the grid to three, four or five across, and switches to a list that shows each item's name, kind, size or length and date. One + beside the title imports from your photos or opens the camera. A tile this phone is still uploading shows its picture at once, with a small mark in the corner, and a video shows its length. A file another device is still sending shows a badge saying so instead, and an upload that gave up is counted in a line above the grid with Retry. A picture that could not load shows a retry arrow: tap it, or leave it on screen and it asks again on its own.

Auto edit all, on the phone

Select one or more videos in the library (hold a tile, or Select beside the title) and tap Auto edit all. Each one gets the editor's own Auto edit: the best take of each line kept, captions over what was kept, your look, the voice cleaned and a title from your first line. The result lands beside the original as a new item named <name> · edit, in the same folder. The original is never changed, and a clip you were mid-edit on keeps your trims.

On the strip above the gridWhat it means
Editing 2 of 5 · Cleaning the voice…The video in hand and its step. The videos are edited one at a time, in the order you picked them. Stop ends the batch; what already finished stays, and the rest are left as they were, each with Try again.
A chip per videoWaiting (tap it and Skip leaves that video out), the step it is on, edit once it is done (tap to open it), stopped after a Stop (tap for Try again), or didn't finish (tap for the reason, Try again and Forget this one).
5 videos editedThe batch is done. Clear takes the strip down; the edits are in your library either way. There is no limit on how many videos a batch can hold.

Searching what is yours

The boxes over your own things search all of it, not only what the screen has loaded. What is loaded narrows at once, dimmed, and the full answer follows a beat later. If the full search cannot answer, the box says only the loaded part was searched, with Try again.

On the web, Name and Meaning sit beside the search box. Name is the box above: a file's name, mood or kind. Meaning asks what is actually in the file: "beach sunset" finds a video that shows a beach at sunset even if it was never named that. It only finds items that have been indexed once; a freshly uploaded item needs that first.
