Managing talent
Post to the whole roster
On the web
Post to Roster, in the sidebar, writes one caption and one piece of media out to as many creators' channels as you pick, in one motion. Each channel gets its own post, written straight onto that creator's own calendar, so it goes out through the same publisher a post they scheduled themselves would.

- 1Write it onceThe caption box and its character count are the same ones the regular composer uses, and the limit tightens to the strictest platform among the channels you have checked.
- 2Add a photo or videoOne upload, sent to every channel you choose. There is no library here, just a plain upload, since this composer posts across many creators' workspaces at once, not one.
- 3Choose who gets itEvery claimed, invited or not-yet-invited creator sharing Calendar is listed with their connected channels. Tap a channel to include it, or tap a creator's name to take all of theirs.
- 4Post now, or schedule itPick a type their platforms all allow and a time, then send. The results list says which creators, which channels, and when.
A post sent this way carries a small mark, Sent as a roster post, on the creator's own calendar row and in their Activity tab, so nobody mistakes it for something they wrote.
