Pipeline
Workload
On the web
Workload, a tab on the pipeline, is every member down the side and the next two weeks across the top, with the hours booked against each person's own hours-per-day. Over capacity is a color, never a lock, the point is to see the crunch coming, not to be told a card cannot be made.

Set your hours
Click your name's row to say how many hours a day you work and which days count, most people are 8 hours, Monday to Friday, but a role that only shoots on weekends says so here too. Nobody is booked on a day that is not theirs.
Booking a card
| A card is | Shown as |
|---|---|
| Dragged onto a day | Its whole estimate, that day, for everyone assigned to it. Drag it off, or click it, to unbook. |
| Not booked, but has a due date and an estimate | Spread evenly across the working days between today and its due date, so it shows up as load before anyone has touched it. |
| Not estimated | Not shown here at all. Give it an estimate on the card first. |
Time off
Time off blocks a stretch of days for someone, a vacation, a shoot out of town. Those days are marked and nothing is booked against them.
Timers
A card's Channel section aside, time itself is tracked from the card: start a timer while you work it, stop it when you are done, or add a manual entry for time already spent. One timer runs at a time per person, starting a new one stops the last. Tracked time is what Money costs against a card's price.
