Bio link
Blocks
A bio link is a stack of blocks. Some point somewhere, some sell something, one puts out a song, some prove you are worth paying, and one of them is your own posts, live.
Point somewhere
| Block | What it is |
|---|---|
| Link | A row with a title, going somewhere |
| Featured | A bigger link: its picture on top, at 16:9, with the words underneath |
| Social | A platform account, drawn as its real mark. Several in a row group into one row automatically. See the design panel for whether that row sits on a card |
Sell something
This is the half most link-in-bio pages do not have, and it is the half that makes money. A page that cannot say $85 per session makes every buyer leave to find out, and most of them do not come back.
| Block | What it is |
|---|---|
| Service | What you do, what it costs, what is included, and a button: a link to where you take bookings, or a checkout on the page |
| Product | A square picture, a price, and a button: a link out, or a checkout on the page |
| Contact form | Name, email, message. Lands in Leads |
| Email signup | One field. Same inbox, tagged as a signup |
| Event | A date, a place, and a form that saves a seat. A webinar, a launch call, a workshop. Registrations land in Leads tagged Registered, and the visitor is offered a calendar file, so their own phone does the reminding |
Put out music
One block, one song. Name the page after the release, and it does the job of a separate release-page service: a pre-save page until the day, a place to listen after it, and the emails and the taps in your own leads instead of somebody else's.
| Block | What it is |
|---|---|
| Release | A song or an album. The cover, the title and the artist, a player, then one row per service it is on, each with its own mark: Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, YouTube, SoundCloud, TIDAL, Deezer, Pandora, Audiomack, Bandcamp. Set the day it drops and until then every row is a pre-save and the card asks for an email; after it, every row plays. Emails land in Leads tagged Pre-saved, and each row's taps are counted. To give the song its own address instead of a card on your main page, make a page of the kind A song: see Which kind of page should I pick? |
Show and prove
| Block | What it is |
|---|---|
| Testimonial | A quote, with a name and a role on it |
| Gallery | A three-up grid of images, each one optionally a link |
| Video | A YouTube or Vimeo video, muted and already playing when a visitor scrolls to it. The platform's own player draws the speaker icon that turns the sound on |
| Audio | A podcast or track: Spotify, Apple Podcasts, SoundCloud, or an .mp3 |
| Latest posts | What you last published, pulled from MORR itself. A post you gave products or a link opens them, the same as on a Grid page |
| FAQ | Questions that open and close |
Lay it out
| Block | What it is |
|---|---|
| Heading | A section title. Centered, no card, no link |
| Text | A line of prose |
On the phone, hold the grip and drag; the arrows move one step. On the web, drag the handle or use the arrow keys. Anything you build on one client shows on the other and on the published page.
Pasting a video or a podcast
Paste the address you would send a friend. The page turns a watch or listen URL into that host's own player. Anything it does not recognize becomes an ordinary link, which always works. It never draws a blank rectangle.
