Bio link
The pipeline
On the web
Leads, the second tab of BioLink, is every inquiry from every bio page you run, in four columns: New, Talking, Won, Lost.
The inbox on a page answers whether anyone wrote. This screen answers the question that comes a week later: where does each one stand, what did you say last time, and what is the lot of them worth. Nothing here is written by a model. The notes, the tags and the number are yours.

| Control | Does |
|---|---|
| New / Talking / Won / Lost | Filters the list to one column. The count on each one is the pipeline at a glance |
| Search | Every lead, not only the newest 500 on screen: name, address, message, notes and tags. Enter asks at once |
| Where it stands | Moves the lead to another column. The one menu on the screen that changes anything |
| Worth | What this lead is worth to you, in dollars. The header adds them up: what is won and what is in play |
| Tags | Short labels of your own. Enter or a comma adds one, clicking one removes it |
| Notes | Free text. Saves when you click away, so there is no Save button to forget |
| Reply | Opens your own mail app with their address filled in. MORR is not where you write email |
| Send leads to Zapier or Make | Under the columns. Every new lead goes on to Zapier, Make or any webhook within a minute. See Zapier and Make |
| Archive | Files it away. Nothing is destroyed |
| Campaigns | One email, written once, sent to whoever the list is showing right now. See below |
- 1Open a leadClick a row. The dark border means you had not opened it yet; opening it marks it read.
- 2Say where it standsChange Where it stands as the conversation moves. New arrivals start in New.
- 3Write down what mattersA price you quoted, a date they asked for, a reason it did not happen. Your notes stay on the row.
Campaigns
Campaigns, at the top of the screen, sends one email to exactly the leads the list is showing right now: filter to a status, a page, or a search, then New campaign carries that same filter as who it reaches. Nobody with no address, and nobody who has unsubscribed, ever gets one.
