Terms
Last updated 26 September 2026
The agreement between you and MORR. Plain words on purpose: the parts that matter are short, and you should be able to find them.
What this is
MORR is a tool for planning, making and publishing social content. BioLink is a link-in-bio page, sold on its own and included with every MORR plan. Both are operated by MORR Agency (“we”, “us”). Using either means you accept these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for it. Keep your sign-in details to yourself. Anything done from your account is treated as done by you.
You must be 13 or older. MORR is not for children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.
One person per account. Seats on a Teams plan are per person. Sharing one login between several people is what the seats are instead of.
What you make stays yours
You own your photos, videos, captions, scripts, layouts and pages. We claim no ownership of any of it, and we do not use your content to train models.
You give us only the permission needed to run the product: to store your files, show them back to you, send them to the platforms you choose when you schedule a post, and serve your bio page publicly when you publish it. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.
What you may not do
- Post anything illegal, or anything you do not have the rights to.
- Use MORR to spam, to impersonate somebody, or to run engagement schemes.
- Break the rules of the platforms you connect. Their terms still apply to everything you publish through us, and they decide what happens on their platform.
- Resell or white-label MORR without a written agreement.
- Attack, scrape, or attempt to break the service, or work around its limits.
We may suspend or close an account that does these things. Where it is reasonable to do so we will tell you why first.
Community rules
Bio pages and press kits are public, and brand messages and comments reach real people. Nothing you publish or send may be:
- Hateful: slurs, or attacks on people for their race, ethnicity, religion, disability, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation.
- Harassment, bullying or threats, or encouragement to self-harm.
- Sexual content involving anyone under 18, or sexual content sent to somebody who did not ask for it.
- Spam, scams, phishing links or malware.
- Violent, or a call to violence.
Report. Report is beside every comment in the Inbox, every message from a brand or a creator, and at the foot of every public bio page and press kit, where it works without an account. A person on our team reads every report within 24 hours. The person reported is never told who reported them.
Block. Block a commenter and their comments leave your Inbox on every platform. Block a brand or a creator and they can no longer write to you. Nobody is told they were blocked, and you can undo it in Settings, Safety.
What we do. Content that breaks these rules comes down, and its owner is told why. An account that keeps breaking them, or breaks them badly, is closed and can no longer sign in. Publishing a page also checks it against a list of slurs and known scam links first, and says exactly what to change.
If you think we got it wrong. Write to hello@morr.group and a person will look again.
Publishing, and what we do not promise
When you schedule a post, we hand it to a publishing partner at the time you chose, and they deliver it to the platform. That is a chain with three links we do not control: the partner, the platform’s API, and the platform’s own moderation.
So we do not guarantee that a scheduled post goes out, goes out on time, or stays up. We show you the state of every post and tell you when one fails, and we think that honesty is worth more than a promise nobody in this category can keep. For anything where the timing truly cannot slip, check that it published.
We are not responsible for a platform suspending, limiting or deleting your account or your posts.
Paying
Plans renew. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period until you cancel. Canceling stops the next renewal; it does not end the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until that period runs out.
Where you bought it is where you cancel it. A subscription bought on the web is managed in your billing settings. One bought inside an iPhone or Android app is managed by Apple or Google, because their rules require it, and we cannot cancel or refund it for you.
Seats. Teams is priced per seat. Adding a seat charges for it; removing one takes effect at the next renewal. If you reduce your seats below the number of people in your workspaces, the people who joined most recently lose access first.
Refunds. Write to us. We would rather refund somebody who is unhappy in the first month than argue about it. Purchases made through an app store are refunded by that store under its policy, not by us.
Price changes. If we change the price of a plan you are on, we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.
Free. The free plan has limits, and they can change. We will not reduce them without telling you.
Availability
We work to keep MORR running and we do not promise it never goes down. Maintenance, outages at our providers, and failures at the platforms all happen. We do not offer an uptime guarantee, and there is no service credit.
Ending it
You can stop using MORR at any time, and you can delete your account from inside the app. Deleting removes your content permanently. See the privacy policy for exactly what goes.
We may end your access if you break these terms, if we are required to, or if we stop offering the product. If we stop offering it, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to get your content out.
Liability
MORR is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost followers, lost opportunities, or content that failed to publish, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and if you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
Changes to these terms
We will update the date above when these change, and tell you in the app when the change is material. Continuing to use MORR after that means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes are heard in the state or federal courts sitting in Tennessee.
If you are a consumer outside Tennessee, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory laws of the place you live, or your right to bring a claim there.
